Ghost Krispies are a fun and festive Halloween treat made with gooey marshmallow cereal bars and decorated into adorable ghosts. They’re easy to make, kid-friendly, and perfect for parties or classroom celebrations.

Total Time 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 6 - 0.78 oz Rice Krispies Treats
  • ¾ cup white chocolate melting wafers
  • 2-3 tbsp dark chocolate melting wafers

Instructions

  1. Remove the Rice Krispies Treat from the wrappers.
  2. Line a tray or baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Add the white chocolate to a small bowl and heat for 30 second intervals in the microwave, stir after every heating session, until fully melted.
  4. Dip the top portion and part of the sides of each Rice Krispies Treat into the melted white chocolate. Place on the prepared tray to allow the chocolate to set.
  5. Add the dark chocolate to a piping bag and heat in the microwave in 30 second intervals, massing the bag between each heating session, until fully melted.
  6. Snip of the very tip with a scissors, and pipe two eyes and a mouth onto each treat.
