Helpful Tips

  • Work quickly: Candy melts begin to set fast, so have your Peeps and sprinkles ready before you start dipping.
  • Use short bursts when melting: Heat candy melts in 30-second intervals and stir well to avoid overheating or seizing.
  • Stabilize the Peeps: If the Peeps won’t stay upright, hold them in place for a few seconds or add a small spoonful of melted chocolate as “glue.”
  • Switch up the colors: Change the candy melt color or sprinkles to match any party theme, holiday, or event.
  • Let them fully set: Allow the pretzels to harden completely before moving or storing so the toppings stay in place.
  • Storage tip: Store finished pretzel treats in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
