Ingredients

  • ½ lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp hamburger seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese, quartered
  • 16 small pieces lettuce
  • 16 pickles
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Prepare the ingredients.
  3. In  a medium bowl, mix together the ground beef, bread crumbs, hamburger seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper.
  4. Form the mixture  into 16 balls. Arrange balls on a baking sheet, press down slightly to flatten them a bit, and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and top with a slice of cheese, piece of lettuce, pickle, and half cherry tomato.
  6. Insert a toothpick into the center of each to serve.
