- 1 tbsp grated parmesan
- 1 tsp minced onion
- salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:

- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Grate the zucchini, then ring out the excess water using a clean towel or layers of paper towel.
- Combine all of the ingredients into a medium bowl, until well mixed.
